The start of 2020 has seen us living through a 1 in a 100 year event. The COVID-19 pandemic has turned the world upside down. Non-essential businesses have been put into lock-down and those essential businesses who didn’t have the capabilities to adapt and “work from home” were faced with the difficult task of both working and acting upon the government sanctioned social distancing requirements or, if production had slowed, they needed to let go of staff.
